WIPP Procurement Programs
The WIPP Federal Contracting Certificate Program provides members with credentials, recognition, and tools to successfully compete in the federal marketplace. This program is a benefit for WIPP members. Completion of Level 1 ensures listing in the WIPP National Directory of Women-Owned Small Businesses.

Current Issue with focus on Cybersecurity
In 2013 WIPP, the SBA, and American Express OPEN® created ChallengeHER, an initiative to help expand the reach and impact of the WOSB Federal Contract Program by step-by-step training designed to lead WOSBs through SAM registration and WOSB certification, and to help WBOs market themselves to federal agencies and develop strategies to successfully compete for WOSB contracts.
WIPP has hosted 39 events through out 2015.

Give Me 5, named for the 5% federal contracting goal for women-owned businesses and created by WIPP and American Express OPEN®, is designed to educate women entrepreneurs on how to successfully navigate the federal contract marketplace through a full range of freely accessible and on-demand online educational courses ranging from contracting basics to more advanced courses.
Give Me 5 has over 60 educational courses, with 20 highly specialized contracting instructors and 1,700 total participants in 2013.
