After 9 years of WIPP’s work on this issue, the Women’s Procurement Program has arrived. Due to be implemented in full by the start of 2011, this rule allows contract set-asides for women-owned businesses in 83 NAICS Categories. Join us for WIPP’s analysis of the program to learn about the details of the program, what changes have been incorporated into the final rule and what this means for your capacity to win contracts.
