Airports

Washington, DC is served by three major airports: Reagan National (DCA), Washington Dulles International (IAD) and Baltimore Washington International (BWI).  Reagan National Airport is the closest in proximity to the W Hotel - approximately 5 miles and $15.00 by taxi.  Paid shuttles are available from each of the airports by calling in advance 800-BLUE-VAN.  Shuttle rates are approximately $20-$60, depending on the airport you choose.

Cancellation policy

Attendees may cancel up to 15 days prior to a session and receive a full refund, less an administrative processing fee of $25 per individual registration; within 8-14 days a 50% refund.  No refunds will be granted within 7 days or less of the conference.
