Our monthly educational speaker series and dinner happens monthly on the 2nd Thursday of every month in San Francisco from 5:30PM - 8:00PM. About Debi Hemmeter
Debi Hemmeter is the Co-Founder of Leanin.org. Debi has over 20 years of experience within the private sector with four Fortune 50 companies.Debi began her career at PepsiCo and Sara Lee in sales and marketing.After close to 10 years in the consumer products segment she was recruited to Wells Fargo Bank.There she specialized in retail banking strategy, marketing and business development.Debi then moved onto Bank of America and led one of their largest retail markets where she managed $3.4 billion in assets.Along the way, Debi learned first hand many of the important Lean In Principles, (1) "sit at the table", (2)"don't leave before you leave", and (3)"make your partner an equal partner" and believes that the conversation that has reignited worldwide will allow companies to improve their bottom line performance.Debi lives in Piedmont CA with her husband Chris, three teenage kids, and her two golden retrievers.
