Give Voice to Your Vision
Public Speaking, Influence and Inspiration
Moderator Alison Macondray
Lisa Kristine, Kate Purmal, and Anese Cavanaugh
You founded your business based on a personal vision. After years of building expertise, you've got what it takes to be a thought leader in your industry. Now it's time to share your
vision with a larger audience. What's the next step? If you're already speaking publicly, what does it really take to elevate your message to the next level?
* How having a talk can help elevate your impact in the world
* Transforming nervousness and limiting beliefs
* Extracting your core genius and finding the story
* Creating visuals that enhance your message
* Performance insights: How to embody your message
You'll come away with inspiration to get your own
message out plus practical tips on how to take the
first step (or the 10th!).
Alison Macondray of Alimat Inc., part of the creative team that helped Leslie Blodgett bring her phenomenally popular NAWBO talk to life last July, will moderate a panel of successful women business owners whose talks have helped catapult their businesses and impact - from high-profile keynotes, to new clients, to millions of views on TED.com

Previously, Alison spent over seven years at Wired.com as Managing Editor, Managing Producer, and General Manager. The site won 26 awards during her tenure. She started her career in literary book publishing, at SF-based Mercury House and then Pantheon Books (a division of Random House), working closely with award-winning authors such as Anne Lamott, Gary Snyder, and Wendell Berry.
