President Obama's FY2016 Budget Request

The President’s FY2016 Budget Request was released yesterday, drawing the battle lines between the two parties as the annual spending process gets underway. Treasury Secretary Jack Lew will appear before the House Ways and Means Committee in the first of a series of hearings on the President’s FY2016 request.
