Landrieu to Chair Hearing on Small Business Recovery Plan, May 13, 2009

WASHINGTON – On Wednesday, May 13, 2009, United States Senator Mary Landrieu, D-La., Chair of the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, will hold a hearing entitled “Small Business Financing:  Progress Report on Recovery Act Implementation and Alternative Sources of Financing.” The hearing will review the progress made by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in implementing Recovery Act provisions and explore alternative financing options for small businesses that continue to weather an economic recession.
