won the U.S. Department of Commerce's Minority Business Development
Agency (MBDA), Atlanta National Enterprise Center, Service Firm of the
Year award. The MBDA's Local Service Firm award is given to minorityowned
businesses who demonstrate excellence in the development of
minority-owned and operated enterprises.
The MBDA is a part of the U.S. Department of Commerce, as proclaimed
by Presidential proclamation and is the only federal agency created
specifically to foster the establishment and growth of minority-owned
businesses in America.
Award recipients are selected from nominations submitted by both the
public and private sectors, but primarily by Business Development Centers,
in categories such as Minority Services of the Year, Retail Firm of the Year,
Manufacturing Firm of the Year and Technology Firm of the Year.
