Fastenal's Corporate Traffic Manager for Supplier Diversity Excellence
Lake Park, FL (Nov. 14, 2011) – The National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC) honors Kevin Larson, Corporate Traffic Manager at Fastenal in Winona, MN for his commitment to supplier diversity and increasing business opportunities for Woman Business Enterprises (WBEs).
On a bi-monthly basis the NWBOC recognizes outstanding supplier diversity individuals, or teams, and accepts nominations from its certified WBEs for supplier diversity managers or buyers who go the extra mile for women-owned companies.
Larson has been with Fastenal since 1992 and resonates with the company's initiative of supporting local businesses and bringing diverse enterprises together. He was nominated by NWBOC Certified WBE Pamela Hall, CEO of Logistics Planning Services (http://www.shiplps.com/).

Larson has received a six-month buyer's registration to the NWBOC eProcurement MarketPlace which is a database that facilitates the procurement process with NWBOC certified WBEs.
