Ms. Jokiel oversees and directs the day-to-day operations of ChemTrack and develops company strategy for bidding, procurement and short term and long term opportunities. She assesses staffing needs by anticipating and planning any expansion or reduction of employees. She meets regularly with Controller and Senior Project Managers to review financial statements to evaluate company and project performance and maintains relationship with financial institutions, bonding and surety agencies. Ms. Jokiel identifies and develops methods and processes to improve group efficiency and/or client satisfaction.

Ms. Jokiel is responsible for the overall management of contracts including costs, schedule and technical quality. She oversees the development and implementation of the contracts including administration, quality control, and subcontracting/teaming agreements. She contacts Federal and private sectors in pursuit of future contracts; creates and maintains contacts and relationships with the appropriate sectors and personnel. She is also responsible for attending marketing functions, business fairs, guest speakers at Small Business Administration (SBA), Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) workshops in order to keep current on State, regional and national trends for new business development. Her other responsibilities are:
• Overseeing content of website
• Creating and producing marketing materials
• Updating SOQ information
• Maintaining current information regarding contracts, jobs completed etc.
• Updating employee resumes
• Organizing presentation materials
With more than 13 years of environmental experience in Alaska, Ms. Jokiel specializes in program management and consulting on projects totaling more than $22.9M and has experience working with Federal, State of Alaska, and local agencies and regulators; Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Indian Health Services (IHS), United States Forest Service (USFS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Federal Highway Administration (FHA) Western Division, United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), National Park Service (NPS), Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), Air Force Center for Engineering and Environment (AFCEE) , United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Alaska Waste Water Utility (AWWU) and Alaska Native Tribal Health Center (ANTHC). Experience working with tribal governments and local offices for permitting, stakeholder relations, equipment and housing rental like Native Village of Unalakleet, Nunamiut Corporation in Anaktuvuk Pass, Borough of Public Works and Akiak Native Community, Tanana City Council and Metlakatla Indian Community. Ms. Jokiel has traveled to Adak, Tanana, Bethel, Akiak and Iliamna for projects.
