To our dear and valued WIPP Members:

2014 has been a wonderful year for WIPP, culminating with our spectacular legislative achievement with sole source authority, finally ensuring that women business owners will be able to successfully compete for federal contracts; we brought Small Business Saturday to new heights with over 385 organizations, 680 elected officials including President Obama participating, and Americans across the country joined together to Shop Small and support our local businesses; we have increased the scope of our education and advocacy programs with record numbers participating in our online programming and over 6,000 registrants for ChallengeHER events. WIPP now boasts of 80 organizations joining together with us granting a combined outreach of over 6 million, all working together on behalf of the women’s business community.  And this strength has allowed us the chance to launch WIPP International to help women across the globe have full economic participation in their countries – ensuring their independence and success.  Imagine the opportunity and partnerships this will bring us! Check out our 2014 Annual Activity Report for a remarkable story of achievement.

I offer you my heartfelt thanks for your financial support, commitment, and guidance, and the privilege to serve this extraordinary organization. Without question, we impact public policy and steadily remove the barriers that stand in the way of our growth and independence in any area we wish to participate. Without question, our success is because WIPP leads with understanding, confidence and the knowledge that our families, employees and nation are stronger because of our leadership, our commitment, and our powerful model of inclusiveness, fairness and collaboration. It is truly a blessing to work together with you.

I wish you all a happy, healthy and successful New Year!

Barbara Kasoff, WIPP President
