Entrepreneurship can be a lonely path. You face unique highs and lows and challenges and opportunities that others do not understand unless they have gone down that path before you or are going down it alongside you. It's a special connection-a community-of leaders, visionaries, innovators and trailblazers that, when tapped into, can power your business, lifestyle and community in a way like no other.

NAWBO was founded 40 years ago to remove obstacles and create opportunities for other women entrepreneurs across the country. Now, it's become much more than that: a powerful community for networking and support, education, tools and resources, advocacy, mentoring, exclusive benefits and more!

Member Margaret Brown describes what NAWBO has meant to her and her business inthis video.

Our chapter is committed to recruiting 40 new members in honor of NAWBO's 40th anniversary during our Spring Membership Drive, which runs from March 1-April 30, 201 because we know as women entrepreneurs, we are better together.

Leaders' Circle: Taking Business Up A Level
If you are a women business owner with revenues of $1 million or greater for a service business and $2 million for a product company who is interested in growing your business by making strategic contacts, and promoting business development? Watch our newvideoto learn how Leaders' Circle can benefit you.

Lean In Circles
NAWBO hosts two Lean In Circles: one in San Francisco and one in the East Bay.These intimate groups, lead by a moderator, practically apply the lessons of Sheryl Sanberg's Lean In organization.
