**Proposed rule (PR): The Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) released a proposed rule to improve retirement investment advice by better protecting investors from hidden fees. The rule would expand the definition of when a person becomes a fiduciary under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. Comments are due July 6, 2015.

**PR: The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) released a proposed rule that amends the regulations and guidance programs on employer wellness programs under Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Specifically, the rule provides guidance to employers that use incentives in order to encourage employee participation in wellness programs. Comments are due June 19, 2015.

Advance notice of proposed rule making (ANPRM): The SBA is seeking comments on the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) program. Comments are due June 1, 2015.

Notice of proposed rule making: The Department of Labor is seeking comments on proposed rules implementing the Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act. Comments are due June 15, 2015.

ANPRM: The SBA is asking for comments on management and oversight of the Women’s Business Centers program. Comments are due June 22, 2015.

PR: The SBA released a proposed rule to implement sole source authority to award sole source contracts to women-owned small businesses for the WOSB procurement program. Comments are due June 30, 2015.
