Welcome to this edition of the Council on Women and Girls Weekly Highlights. As we close out Women’s History Month, the President took a moment to honor Geraldine Ferraro as a trailblazer who broke down barriers for women. This was also an important week because of the President’s speech on our energy future. In addition, members of the Administration participated in a live web chat on women, education, and workplace flexibility. Read about this and other events throughout the Administration below.
